In return, the company will invest in you with new challenges, opportunities, a fun working environment and a solid professional network. This is a very metric, process driven organization which is a great experience for people who are looking to build a solid foundation in business and working with others.
Cons
Although it's gradually improved over the past few years, it is still a sales-driven company with aggressive tactics. Compensation is average. Flexibility has improved but varies by team and manager.
