Leadership sponsorship has also been a major part of my development. Leaders are approachable, empowering, and genuinely invested in helping people succeed. Because of this environment, I’ve been able to progress steadily and confidently.
Cons
With the current reorganisation, there’s naturally some uncertainty. Change is the only constant, and I’m hopeful that the upcoming structural shifts will encourage even stronger collaboration rather than creating more silos.
