Recruiter Review - Recruiter Epitec Employee Review

Once I was deployed onto my team, my outlook on this career path with Epitec changed drastically. This is a high-anxiety environment where several of my peers feared they would get fired daily if they didn't hit their targets. High turnover -people quitting and getting fired weekly. This environment wasn't positive and I didn't feel like I could grow here. I also had no idea what I was doing, as there was no training on the technical/engineering jobs themselves. Several coworkers were actively looking for other jobs as they didn't feel they had security here.
