Pros

Remote work is all, nothing else.

Cons

Poor management, expensive benefits, you’re just a number, if you don’t perform you’re out even if they set you up for failure. They’ll fire you without reason or putting you on an improvement plan first. I hope they go under. They expect you to log on at all times of the night to work, you’re salary so you’re a slave for them.

Epitec Response

The goal is to set people up for success from the beginning and to pay for performance. Employees are expected to work core hours. Core hours do not extend into all times of the night. Epitec's sourcing tool budget is nearly 1M annually. Epitec offers more sourcing tools per recruiter than any other staffing firm. Epitec constantly evaluates the performance data of each sourcing tool to determine its effectiveness. Underperforming sourcing tools are replaced. Epitec wages and benefits are competitive, working conditions are best-in-class, and there are many realistic chances of upward mobility. Epitec has a strong or unwavering desire to support and care for our employees' success. For the sake of the thousands of people employed by Epitec, our leaders work tirelessly to ensure the doors of Epitec remain open and continue to be a company that people want to work for and customers want to do business with.
