Pros
-Epitec matched me with a perfect customer and has continued to support me during the 4+ Years I have been with them. -Epitec works well with my contracted firm to provide regular merit raises. - Although I work remote from the Epitec HQ, I get regular visits from my support staff. - Epitec's regular Performance Reviews help me to know how my firm feels about my performance. -Epitec has provided some very nice family style outings including Detroit Tigers games and trips to the Detroit Zoo.
Cons
I wish that Epitec would increase the number of Holidays to more closely match the company where I am contracted. Vacation hours are increased with length of Service, so should Holidays.
