Pros
Epitec really cares about its employees, and the staff (especially recruiters/HR) are extremely welcoming and helpful. There are little "extras" to show appreciation for employees (outings to Tigers games, birthday cards, etc.) - even though these are minor things, it's nice to feel valued. Benefits and salary are competitive.
Cons
Working through an agency and being placed at a company as a contract employee can be difficult; however, Epitec does what they can to make sure things are going smoothly.
