Cons
These are endless to speak to. It starts with the lies they will tell you to get you in the door and ends when you are let go because inevitably, you will be let go within one year of working here. -They will tell you they are changing and have changed and not to trust the reviews. -They will try to wow you with "paid training", a bunch of awards on the wall, showing you the office space of 20-somethings, talking about their client list, and other reasons. This is a thin veil for what you will actually experience on the job. -Numbers....numbers....numbers. That is all you are, and all you are worth to them but be wary as they tell you quality is more important than quantity (it's a lie). -If you enjoy a lack of ethics in an unprofessional setting, this is for you! -Consider that some reviews may not be true employee testimonials. -Be prepared for a revolving door of turnover every month you are here.
