Lots of employee takeaways, layoffs, cutting investment in things that matter to people, no interest in listening to concerns. And the worst - changes to FlexWork (hybrid) policy that could have been a win for people are disrupting or upending majority of office workers. Leaders also getting zero flexibility (5 days in office, no flex on schedule or location permitted).
