Pros
Wondering Company to work for. They live by the company's motto with is Integrity, Safety, and Respect. Everyone here are very helpful and friendly. I have only been here less than a year but it feels like I have been working here for a long time because everyone is just very welcoming. The company really tries to be mindful of their employees' needs. The company is very serious about safety. They care about their employees' well being. In an age where most of the big corporations treat their employees just as another "badge number," Enbridge is truly a breathe of fresh of air. I truly feel that I am cared for.
Cons
The only con that I can think of is job security, with the current state of oil and gas, it is normal to worry about lay offs and such. But I am glad that Enbridge is doing everything it can to avoid letting people go.
