Team Lead - Team Lead Enbridge Employee Review

As one of the other reviewers stated if you question the management or you know your job better than they do you are destined to be pushed out. Never question Senior Leaders and be prepared to suffer the passive/aggressive personality of the Canadian folks. Everything is run from Canada. I personally witnessed senior managers swear and call federal regulators names with no repercussions but a line worker is fired for calling out (not unprofessionally I might add) a supervisor for incorrect information. After I left I found out that they are on a firing spree to empty the seats and save money. The company is terribly hurting for cash flow and are under extreme budget crunches.
