Good work/life balance - IT Specialist Enbridge Employee Review

- Culture is very conservative - Promotion is really SLOW - Leadership keeps saying innovation but their mindsets are very stubborn and do not really encourage innovation/ new ideas. Trying to influence different leadership/stakeholders and implement changes is difficult. Leadership/Stakeholders especially cross-departments always have different opinions and are difficult to manage.
