- Pay and other perks are lower for similar positions at other energy companies - very little work life balance especially in the head office. Most people regularly attend meetings and calls on days off - high demands and pressure everyone is trying to impress levels above them - Employee opinions and feedback on improvements and change not actioned. Senior leaders can be tone deaf especially around return to office - Very strong hierarchy every level puts their stamp on your work - Calgary office is cramped with little privacy cubicles very close to each other.
