      Nice environment, good pay, nice location, good future for the company, and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      No respect for people, continuous changes, low respect for staff, over-control of IT operations of everything, IT management totally disengaged. Many disqualified people on the top while others were set a side or alienated. No job security
