      Reasonable sick time coverage and flexibility for staff with children

      Cons

      Rare to find true leadership. Toxic work environments and many incompetent leaders with ego complexes. If you find a great boss it's a great place to work. But good luck finding that anymore. Most of the top performers have moved on
