Extremely toxic management. chaotic and super stressful. Nepotism. Favouritism. Old boys club. Work like dog and obey like slave. Constant watch your back or you are done. Sneaky people. Promotions based on if they like you. To survive, use vaseline. If you get an offer, ruuuunnnnn!
