Several major layoffs over the last couple years. Recent merger is generating more layoffs. Outsourcing local talent jobs to overseas, lower cost, lower skill labor. Moral and engagement are the worst it has ever been and will continue to drop as the outsourcing activities develop. Everyone is looking for new employment Constant re-org and department re-branding.
