Great people to work with. Many employees are senior and there are many different areas for engineers to move around. Company is very busy and growing. Internal training programs are excellent.
Cons
Best opportunities are in areas with cold weather. Frequent organizational changes. Dependent on one sector (oil) for growth. Silos make it hard to get groups to work together.
