-Amazing culture that makes a big company feel small -Mentors and very robust training programs for all levels of the business -Leadership development -Fantastic back office support and in-person dedicated admin support -Culture is driven and supported but its employee-owned partnership structure -Pay is competitive with independent RIA models with way more support to scale the business faster
Cons
-Lots of hard work in the first 5 years to build the business but work life balance improves dramatically as time goes on -Leads from online client matching program, but mostly you are expected to build the practice on your own
