Pros

Good Training. Up front on how you get paid Supportive culture if you are performing Run your own office without worries of overhead expense. Office hour flexibility, but most people need to work at least 50hrs/wk

Cons

LImited investment options. They Promote Solutions based approach, but can't be compensated without selling something No fee based platform, new managed account platform with no flexibility(they call fee based) Very sales and product driven, can't always do what is best for client if you want to get paid eventhough EDJ gets paid. Very Very inflexible Pay is terrible first few years for 90+% of advisors. Again honest on how you get paid lied about how much you will make in first few years.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
