      Pros

      It offers a great opportunity to learn and to work independently. The job support you receive from corporate office is wonderful.

      Cons

      The branch structure is 1 Financial Advisor to 1 BOA and if that relationship does not work out or if you have serious issues to be worked out they only offer lip service of support for the BOA. Especially if you work for a successful FA. They clearly do not want to rock the boat with their cash cow.

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
