Pros

It was nice to have the flexibility and the opportunity for high commissions being new to the work force. Good training

Cons

No support at all. Basically thrown into an office (if you get an office) and told to go door to door. I worked in Chicago where people are not at all receptive to door to door. Was given no other support for other ideas. Forced to sell high fee mutual funds in order to stay afloat

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
