Pros
Not much I can say to recommend this company to a potential employee or customer.
Cons
Edward Jones constantly talks about putting the client's interest before their own but they don't actually do it. When potential clients shied away because of the high fees, I was told not to talk about fees or costs until I got the client to transfer his or her money (probably illegal, certainly unethical). The truth is that EJ can't put client interests first because if they did they would tell them to use Fidelity or Vanguard.
