Pros

Invests a lot of time and training into advisors. I was well equipped to pass the licensing, go out and present myself to customers.

Cons

Company boast flexibility, but in order to meet quotas, advisors have to work like mad, if not in a flourishing area. It's far less of a financial advisor position and more of a sales position. It pushes the mentality that any investment is better than no investment for the customer.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
