Did not recognized that bullying and intimidation are not allowed in the workplace. Unbelievable. Agree with other comments - sweep problems under the rug instead of making changes. Boss had no knowledge of pension plan when I inquired about it, and they had worked there for decades. No real definition of expected workload or what tasks to complete. Confidentiality breached at times. Not a good experience. Upper management from Toronto was unfriendly after I got the job.
