I have significant tenure at Dell and have ALWAYS been a promoter of our culture our ambitions and strategy. Michael is such a fantastic leader and business man, I have no doubt the company will continue to see great success
Cons
The last 2 years though has felt very different. Employee feedback has gone ignored while it used to be at the forefront of leader strategies. We used to put together action plans for employee dissatisfaction and now it just seems like a "check the box" exercise where the survey was executed, results were communicated but also completely ignored. I am not just referring to the recent return to work requirements and it's impact. There has clearly been a culture shift and not in a good way. All about the numbers and no longer a balance of the people as well. Makes me sad.
