‘Good vacation work-life balance policies.’
‘Too good and extraordinary for employees ’
‘Only covers 2 times annual salary’
Benefits are too good
Benefits are below average, maximum 80% Health/Dental coverage for $300 employee paid per month. No-cost benefits cap out at 20% coverage. Life insurance is good, double salary payment. LTI is employer paid so taxable at payout, would be woefully inadequate if required.
they offer 5% match on RRSPs
All around covers alot of benefits. The amount for glasses and optometry could be higher
3 tiers to choose from
Great Retirement savings plan with company match on 5% or salary
Good pension plan and fixed salary
No massage, benefits are expensive
Coverage is extremely limited and costly to employees
Health Coverage for dental, drugs and other items not covered such as orthodontics and massage therapy. You have to pay a bi-weekly fee deducted from your salary to cover the level of package that suits you. RRSP matched
