      Winning culture, employees are empowered, respectful diverse workplace, flexible work life balance, great compensation

      Cons

      This isn't a 'con' but more of a reality check for someone looking to join Dell; there are a lot of moving pieces within this organization with constant change. If you don't like a challenge, aren't willing to put yourself out there, take risks and evolve, you might want to consider a career with HP instead.

      Bigger brand name. Multiple lines of Business

      Cons

      Not a company worth spending time. Internal politics. Frequent performance improvement plans. Firing and no benefits The company is repaying a debt of $36 Billion, hence lot of job uncertainty. Tough competition from competitors. Unethical pricing and others to cure internal team competitions.

      Pros

      There are no pros... you must be white to move up the ladder. They discriminate against coloured workers. They will not promote you unless you are white. Most racist company I’ve worked at for 6 years.

      White privilege company. Get out of canada Donald trump! There are no values nor culture there... it’s very Donald trump

      Get this company out of canada... if there was a negative scale below it would be negative infinity.
