Pros
The benefits are good and the people (non-leadership) are hard workers and good people
Cons
Leadership will throw you under the bus publicly and regularly. They often state (and this is direct quote from multiple directors) “you should feel privileged to work 60+ hours a week for Dell”. The favoritism displayed among “lifers” creates a toxic environment, one where the favorites are allowed to berate openly and publicly anyone who disagrees with them. Finally, leaders are expected to and regularly attend every meeting with their employees and openly correct them in front of their peers. All of this creates a culture where employees fear speaking up or providing suggestions for improvement.
