Pros
Dell as a company encourages flexibility and work-life balance. As a single mom, this is critical to me and my family. You can grow with Dell as long as you are proactive about your development. Dell believes in meritocracy where you are rewarded based on your hard work and performance. I see time and time again that rehires come back to Dell because of the development and growth.
Cons
Dell has a demanding, dynamic and fast paced environment that is not for everyone. English is a requirement, in my opinion, to advance your career so in a country who's native Spanish, this can be a con. If you're a foreigner, it's hard to get into the company due to cost involved to transmit such things as a work permits and not to mention, the amount of time it takes to process it.
