Pros
Dell gives you alot of freedom and the tools to build your business. As Long as you make your number you dont get to much grief. If you dont make your # start looking for a new job asap. Sometimes you dont have alot of contol over your quota and how realitic it is in terms of the current economy. Essentially Dell as a company doesn't want to hear excuse. They want to get paid.
Cons
Way to many assigned accounts. Unrealistic quotas. My manager has 36 direct reports. As a result he can't manage people or the business he can only manage for exceptions (meaning you dont want to get on anyones radar). I wish the job market was better so i could quit.
