Pros
1. Work ambiance is good 2. Excellent transport facility - 2 way cab round the clock 3. People seem to be friendly 4. IT team does excellent work in setting up a new employee with all the necessary things - Laptop , Docking station, Monitor , Bag , etc on DAY 1 itself 5. Flexibility to connect from Home (as required) 6. Provide voucher for internal technical certifications
Cons
1. Grade level provided for experience - Not satisfactory with the HR team 2. Onboarding process to team / Dell EMC product line - Not satisfactory as there is no streamlined way of handling new employees. Its mostly shadowing someone else's work (although this might be team / project specific) 3. Could do better in helping new employees understand the Dell EMC storage / DPS product line better
