Pros

As a whole....i'm not sure there is. Departmental wise is good, if you work in an area that takes care of you. Thankfully i am there and am able to do my work without being micromanaged. I can take time off as I need to and I actually enjoy coming to work each day

Cons

Politics, just as with any company, dictate too many business decisions. Whereas 5-10 yrs ago you could provide an idea and it would be run with. Now it seems almost as if your idea is immediately shot down and you are told 'that's now what we want to do with the company' - tools to do our job are lacking. Tools are developed that tend to benefit one department over another...while I/T is beginning to grasp these tools and standarize acrosst the company, there are still many tools that prevent us from being able to do our job correctly and fully being able to provide the positive customer experience that we yearn for. The layoff cloud still hangs around and you never know if the next day is your last day.

Pros

Great people! Team members/coworkers are fantastic

Cons

It’s still kind of an old school culture mindset. They move slower and have red tape

Pros

At this point? None honestly.

Cons

They did a complete 180 since I got hired. Came in as remote during COVID and now that they forced most people back to the office, they made us 3rd class citizens in the company. Can't get a raise, a promotion, any spiffs or even the same contests that the people in the office do. This company does not keep promises and has been constantly doing workforce reductions ever year like clockwork for 4 years now. The COO Jeff Clarke is an absolute clown as well, you have to go into the office dressed as business casual, but this guy goes to One Dell World in undersized lame t-shirts every year. Hypocrisy at all levels of this company. Just looking for a good opportunity and I am out, after talking to my co workers I feel like 70-80% feel the same. The tools also suck and are down half the time as well.
