Pros
First of all, Dell is a great organization where senior leadership know what they are doing and where they are headed. It gives you a great environment to work where you can discuss freely your problems with your manager, senior leadership and you should rest assure that it will be taken care. After this, you get all sorts of necessary benefits you can expect at work place like skill development, flexible hours (depending on nature of your work), constructive feedback, competitive pay, opportunity to move across different roles/function, respect for diversity, and so on.
Cons
Nothing specific that I can think of. There could be few depending on the nature of your work and your team but overall the organization tries its best to do what is good for the employees and is also sustainable.
