Pros
There are many types of positions at CSG. You can start in an entry level position, and move up or move to other departments that better fit your career choice (IT, HR, Training, Business Apps, Advertising). CSG has extravagant work parties 3+ times per year. Paid training, paid vacation, decent benefits. CSG is heavily involved in the community, they donate to many great causes.
Cons
Many team leaders are disconnected from their employees. Some are extremely lax in their responsibilities and remain in their cubicles or chat with other team leads. They move between departments and divisions, meaning they sometimes lack the knowledge to assist in complex situations.
Communication is poor and change happens at such a fast pace, this combination makes it extremely tough to operate as expected.
A recent communication to all employees said that salaries had been reviewed and adjusted accordingly and demonstrates the value CSG has of their employees. Many did not receive an increase, what a horrible message to send out. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.
