      Pros

      Great place to work, smart and dedicated people, the company has created a very fun place to work in with some great ethics and values enabling you to perform at your best. The workplace experience team go above and beyond to ensure they create the best possible environment to work in with loads of team-building activities and social gatherings. This used to be one of the best companies to work for. It's one of the last remaining independent AdTech companies with an amazing reputation in the industry. It still has great potential if management manages to steer the boat around and go over recent hurdles.

      Cons

      Things have changed over the course of 2018. Dramatically. No clear vision, strategy, or direction. As a result, many great and dedicated employees, including key and senior management, have left the company across all divisions. Due to the recent changes, politics have found their way in, leaving little room for growth to non-politicians (promotions of the same employees every 6 months, promotions of people from specific offices, etc).

      Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to submit your honest feedback. We are proud that our strong values have created an environment where employees can perform at their best. It's true that we've been going through a period of transition and transformation and we were excited to share Criteo's five year vision with all employees at our Kick-Off in January. We are taking more deliberate steps to action the feedback we receive in the annual employee and manager surveys, including refreshing our existing programmes and launching new improved training for all managers. We look forward to sharing the journey with you in 2019.

      Cons

      Taking away perks that we have had for a long time. Eventually reach your cap as an IC.

      Pros

      People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

      Cons

      Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
