      Pros

      -quite good salary and benefits

      Cons

      -very unprofessional management that goes completely unchecked -the promotion path is very unclear, favourites are being promoted or people who stayed the longest. Most of the managers were moved from London office, they are there the longest but very often skills are missing -internal communication in the company is very bad -more and more juniors are being hired, as they are easier to manage -all in all is a one product company, after 6 months you stop learning

      Taking away perks that we have had for a long time. Eventually reach your cap as an IC.

      Pros

      People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

      Cons

      Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
