Pros
Office environment is okaish, it's all people around you basically that makes this place lively.
Cons
No growth, both in terms of money and designation. They don't give you appraisal for a year and then give you for another year. Appraisal is done in single digit. It's all so messy and non productive. They don't leave a single chance btw to deduct your hard earned money by the means of policy violation and they have around 20 parameters that they have created to deduct your money and not a single rupee is given to incentives you. What a shame
