Pros
Long history for an IT company. Company continues to grow and acquire other companies which I view as a positive. I see the company is going through a transition to stay relevant which is the right thing to do. Decent pay and benefits package. Great paid time off benefits which gives good work life balance.
Cons
You are not going to find the highest paying salaries in IT at this company. There are pains to go through when a company is restructuring to go after new business areas.
