Pros
The team I worked with was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. A great group of people who excelled in what they did and were easy to get along with.
Cons
Management appears to promote and support from their inner circle. In my experience, this was a very bad thing. Individuals who had been involved in scandalous acts when they were at lower levels of the company are now very high level managers. Management of remote sites is borderline incompetent.
