      Great Team, & Leadership. Fun to work with people. Constant learning, and many options for that. Life planning & work/life balance.

      Cons

      The Market shifts, and my stores closed so I am considering options while waiting for a new opportunity. I am excited for 2024, & new adventures.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Cons

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
