Pros

I was literally handed the tech lead for when CompuCom won the Wal-Mart contract back in early 2014. I worked with some of the best managers I have ever had in my life, and I learned so much and grew professionally. It was wonderful people I worked with all around. Then moving to the Field Operations Center, I developed confidence I could work a help desk role when I didn't have the confidence before. I was lucky to have some of the best managers around.

Cons

The one complaint I have and this isn't really much of one is to learn from the Wal-Mart experience and try not to make the mistakes made here. I am leaving because of it, but I have no complaints doing the job I did.

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
