Constant Work, work is consistent in the area, and is stable in comparison to other contracts locally. Decent PTO Structure, with a maximum of 120 hours annual, and the ability to carry over 40 hours into the following year.
Cons
Lower Pay - most other employers in the area pay notably more for the same work. Little to no growth - 4 years in the position grants you no guarantee to push yourself for more Apathetic Management - Managers are in meetings with customers more than managing and leading the team, distancing themselves from their group's inner workings. Most also jump at the opportunity to go elsewhere, making management inconsistent and lessens trust in authority.
