I really had to think about this and all I could come up with is flexible schedule and a good amount of vacation time.
Cons
No raises in 5 years, bonus program (POP) eliminated for field techs, Reward program also eliminated, used to have a descent health plan but no longer, only option is HSA. used to be an 8-5 work day now practically 24/7.
