      Work Life Balance - Good Salary Excellent Leave Policy Many Projects Almost 50K Reference bonus. Other that CTC you will get more 10% pay generally in the form of rewards /shift allowance /reimbursements etc...

      Shift Allowance is Fixed per shift . It should be directly related to your CTC

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
