Pros

The job is what you make of it, you can put your head down and learn and master many skills.

Cons

The workers are not treated as if they have a path to be promoted. The organization I worked in was focused on signing new business more than they were keeping commitment to existing customers. The result was employees left twisting in the wind with unhappy customers.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
