HR takes forever to make people permanent, averaging around 1 - 4 years. When you are hired, they promise you will be permanent within 3 - 6 months. Pay is way lower than the average work positions. They poorly estimate the cost and scope of handling major projects. You will keep getting promises that never pull through.
