      Working from home that is all I can think of

      The management will expect you to work 24/7 Very little support from other technicians Putting at least 200 miles on you car a day

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
