      Direct Managers were flexible and clear.

      Everyone about direct managers were distant and convoluted creating an air of uncertainty.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
