      Cons

      Very little opportunity for growth. What you are contracted to do, is all you'll do. Very little opportunity to move on to other technical areas.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
