Pros
They did offer plenty of time off but that is no longer offered. PTO isn't a factor anymore. Train while you work! Nothing says success like hands-on training!
Cons
Pay is one of the lowest in the area. Most employees are not brought on full-time until roughly 1-2 years of being a temp. Advancement without pay raises is very common. If you want a job, go to Compucom, a career, go somewhere else.
